The focus of the first day: Design thinking revisited! The richness and potential of the approach is articulated, namely by our guests. The panel of international experts will give us boiled down impressions of the varieties of design thinking. We do not like Powerpoint! The attention is on the perspectives of our guests and on small working groups, in which the input will be discussed. And after that: relaxed chill-out in the heart of Berlin with the opportunity for informal contemplation.

The second day throws the spotlight on the interplay of design thinking and organizations. How does the approach work for practitioners? Which opportunities and risks are observable? Which cross-references can be made to (systemic) consulting? Then, in the afternoon follows a classical prototyping case dealing with the classical challenges of consulting in organizations. Together with our guests we will buckle to work: “Design Thinking in Action” is the motto. After all you would like to bring home specific concepts, that are relevant for your work
