The Concept

The Foundation Nächste Gesellschaft periodically organises x treat, which investigate innovative approaches to secure the sustainability of organisations. This quest is becoming particularly important in the context of (media) technological changes within society. The idea is to study concepts and approaches which allow for rethinking and subsequently reorganising existing patterns for solving problems within organisations while taking into consideration challenges of a “Next Society” (P. Drucker).

We invite practicing experts and scholars representing from different disciplines and schools of thoughts (such as modern systems theory, management sciences, design sciences, information technology, new media and organisational theory) to discuss topics and approaches in order to come to inspiring conclusions about new forms of management and organisation design. Our event design will provide a communication platform facilitating dialogue.

The target group of these events are theory-interested executives, practice-oriented scientists, designers and consultants.
